Access to the storage units will be provided by a pre-issued access tag. Customer who lose this tag will be required to purchase a non-refundable access tag. If emergency access is required after hours, a call-out fee of R350.00 will be charged.

Monday to Thursday: between 08:00 - 17:00,
Friday: 08:00 - 13:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 13:00
Sunday: Closed
Public holidays: Closed

No staff are allowed to give access to any tenant.
